Es un blog creado junto a mi amiga Joana, portuguesa de nacimiento y residente en Oxford, con quién comparto la pasión por la fotografía y la comida. 

Tanto el equipo como el contenido han ido creciendo gracias a la incorporación de dos miembros más: Cristina y cococita.

Cada mes nos centraremos en un ingrediente, preferiblemente de temporada. Al inicio del mes revelamos el "ingrediente clave" y al final del mismo os mostraremos las recetas que hemos elaborado a partir de este ingrediente. 

¿Cómo puedes participar? 

Envía las fotos del plato, con o sin receta, antes de que acabe el mes, y lo publicaremos junto a nuestras recetas. O pon la foto y la receta en tu blog y envíanos el enlace. Para saber más revisa aquí.

Cocina Global is a blog I've created with my friend Joey, born in Portugal and living in Oxford, UK, with whom I share the passion for photography and food.

The team and the content are growing because Cristina and cococita joined us.

We are setting ourselves a monthly theme centred around a particular food or ingredient, preferably seasonal. We will reveal the key ingredient at the beginning of the month and show you what recipe each of us has cooked with it at the end of the month. In between, we will share little snippets of information and fun facts about the ingredient, such as its nutritional value, main producers,... and the list goes on.

How can you be involved? 
Email us your photos of your dish to blogcocinaglobal@gmail.com, with or without a recipe before the end of the month, and we will publish it here on the blog. Or publish your photo and the recipe in your blog and then send us the link. To know more go here.
